Sarah has been affiliated with planning, development, design, and permitting for over 26 years throughout Polk and neighboring counties. For the last decade, she has been instrumental in numerous planning services projects within the surrounding area. Sarah works with multiple municipalities throughout Polk County, various Economic Development groups and Chambers serving as liaison between Public entities and Private individuals to create partnerships.
Sarah’s affiliation with clients ranges from being involved in site selection of potential projects, to Land Use applications and Master Planned Developments.
Client strategy is critical to Sarah’s work as she specializes in coordinating site-specific approach and identifying the key components for each project. Sarah is a fierce client advocate and a strong project liaison. Sarah is infused in the Polk County community and has established a reputation for creating outside-of-the-box solutions.
