Mrs. Hardwick began with Econ in October of 1991. Starting off in Office administration she has been over communication, prioritization, research, and customer service for over 25 years. She has been the main contact for scheduling and coordination. As the years progressed Mrs. Hardwick took on the additional role of Permit Manager. In this role Mrs. Hardwick constantly provides status reports to senior management to keep them apprised of progress and any anticipated issues while working with other departments within the company to facilitate a positive work atmosphere. She develops and maintains relationships with City/State agencies, project teams and clients while professionally performing multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
